Stainless steel wire rope is an incredibly versatile product; one that can be used for everything from balustrading and safety barriers through to marine use and other fixed rigging applications.

Grade 316 stainless steel wire rope is very common and used in many commercial and industrial applications. It contains 16% chromium, 10% nickel and 2% molybdenum. The molybdenum is added to help resist corrosion to chlorides (like sea water, chlorides and de-icing salts) making it a good choice of stainless steel for your balustrade.
