Shipping Policy
Order Processing
We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, order processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we arrange your order. If your order's shipment is considerably delayed, we will notify you through email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after you have successfully placed your order. Please allow time for order processing at this time.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation (within 2-3 business days). Your order tracking number will be included in the shipment confirmation email.
Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days after receiving your item if it is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount less the return shipping expenses.
If your product arrives damaged in any way, please email us at info@deckingbalustrade.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We treat issues on an individual basis, but we will do our best to find a suitable solution. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.
